A name/value pair passed through to the parent element's session.
Used inside<Siprec>, <Stream>.

Notes
- Under <Siprec>, parameters pass through to the SIPREC INVITE and surface on the status callback as Parameter.<name> form fields.
- Under <Stream>, parameters are delivered to the WebSocket server as customParameters in the start frame.
- When a name repeats, the last value wins.
